Collin Schaeffer serves as Vice President of Marketing for Spectrum Dynamics Medical and is responsible for leading the global marketing organization.
Prior to joining the company and through his more than 17 years in the nuclear medicine and molecular imaging industry, Collin gained an array of experience in marketing, product management, and R&D.
Collin holds a Bachelor of Science in nuclear medicine technology.
Yoel Zilberstien is the founder of Spectrum Dynamics Medical and serves today as Chief Technology Officer and heads the business development of the company, Yoel is also responsible and is the inventor and co–inventor of the company’s formidable patent and trade secrets portfolio.
Yoel started his career as mechanical engineer in Elscint in the nuclear medicine division where he developed many of the technologies that have become standard within the SPECT industry. This division was later bought by GE. After leaving Elscint Yoel joined Biosense who focused on Electro-Physiology where he co-invented an endo-vascular GPS guidance system today known as the Carto system. Biosense was later bought by Johnson & Johnson.
In 2000 Yoel founded the Spectrum Dynamics Medical with the vision of transforming the slow and unclear analog nuclear imaging technology to clear, digital and almost online imaging. Thereby providing the platforms for innovative clinical imaging therapy guiding applications.
Yoel holds BSc degree in mechanical engineering from the Technion Institute of Technology.
Jim Haisler heads the global commercial operations of Spectrum Dynamics Medical being responsible for sales and marketing of the company’s products.
Jim brings to the company extensive experience in general management, sales and marketing in the field of medical diagnostic imaging and therapy.
Prior to joining the company, Jim held executive level sales management positions with Philips Medical Systems, PhyMatrix Diagnostic Imaging, Dornier Medical Systems, N.A. and ADAC Laboratories.
Jim has an educational background in X-ray and Nuclear Medicine Technology and holds an MBA Degree in Business from Pepperdine University.
Chief R&D and Clinical Research Officer
Nathaniel Roth serves as Spectrum Dynamics Medical Vice President of research and development where he oversees and leads the development of the company’s products, clinical research and innovative technologies.
Nathaniel joined the company as physicist later taking roles of Chief Physicist, Chief Physicist and Clinical Research Director, R&D manager before assuming his current role.
Prior to joining the company, Nathaniel served as physicist for EADS, a military field company.
Nathaniel holds a MSc degree in physics from University of Nice, France with additional post graduate degree in optics from the University of Saint Etienne.
Tomer Gabay Serves as Spectrum Dynamics Medical CFO, being responsible for managing the company’s finances, including financial planning, management of financial risks, record-keeping, and financial reporting.
Prior to his appointment as CFO, Tomer Served as Director of Finance and controller of the company.
Before joining the company, Tomer served as an audit manager of public and private companies in various industries at PwC Israel.
Tomer brings over 10 years of experience in Finance, Business and Operations in global organizations as well as startups including business planning, budgeting, forecasting, negotiations, due-diligence and fund raising. Tomer holds a BA degree in economics and accounting, and is a certified public accountant.
Amir Stadtmauer is responsible for leading the global operations activities of Spectrum Dynamics Medical, which includes manufacturing, sourcing, logistics, information system and engineering.
Amir has a vast supply chain experience of over 22 years in leading operation teams of capital equipment companies.
Amir holds an MSc degree in Industrial Engineering and Management from Tel-Aviv University.
Igor Naroditsky is responsible for the Regulatory Affairs and Quality Assurance of Spectrum Dynamics Medical.
Igor brings over 20 years of solid quality, regulatory and engineering experience in the healthcare and capital equipment industry. Prior to joining Spectrum Dynamics, Igor served as Vice President of Quality and Regulatory at KarmelSonix (ASX: KSI), an Australian healthcare company. Before that, he served for 10 years as Director of Global Quality Assurance and Regulatory Affairs at Camtek (NYSE: CAMT).
Igor holds a BSc degree in Industrial Engineering from Ben Gurion University and a MSc degree in System Engineering and Management from the Technion Institute of Technology and is a Certified Quality Engineer.
Xin serves as Shanghai Guangmai (SD’s China Division) CEO since 2021.
Before joining the company, Xin served as CEO at Foze Medical Technology Limited and CEO at Shanghai Hi-tech Medical Technology limited for over 12 years.
Xin graduated from Kellogg School of management with MBA degree and from London School of Economics with MSc in Information Technology.
Ayelet Dekel serves as Spectrum Dynamics Medical Vice President of human resources, being responsible for the global people operations.
Ayelet joined the company as supply chain manager later becoming VP of Operations and HR manager before assuming her current role in the company.
Ayelet brings to Spectrum Dynamics 20 years of experience in the global operations and human resources management.
Ayelet holds a BSc degree in industrial engineering and an Advanced Certificate Studies in Human Resources from Bar Ilan University.
Nilda Rivera is responsible for the worldwide marketing activities of Spectrum Dynamics Medical including trade shows, advertisement, web and social media, products definition, sales tool development etc.
Prior to joining the company Nilda worked at GE for many years and held various senior nuclear medicine and PET sales and marketing roles. Before joining GE Nilda worked as staff nuclear medicine technologist / clinical instructor University of Miami Jackson Memorial Hospital.
Nilda holds a BSc degree in Biology/Chemistry from the University of Miami and is also nuclear medicine technologist.
Dalia Shiti serves as Spectrum Dynamics Medical Vice President of clinical applications being responsible for the applications training of the company’s customers worldwide.
In her previous roles in the company Dalia served as clinical applications specialist and clinical application manager.
Before joining the company Dalia served as leading technician in Bnai Zion Medical Center, Israel.
Ruthie Ben–Kish serves as the director of software development and manages the main products development programs in Spectrum Dynamics Medical.
Ruthie joined the company as software department manager and was then promoted to Director of Software development before assuming her current role. Ruthie brings to Spectrum Dynamics Medical over 25 years of experience in development of medical imaging and diagnostic systems of multiple modalities.
Ruthie holds a BSc degree in Electrical Engineering and a MSc degree in Biomedical Engineering from the Technion Institute of Technology.
Shlomi Aloya
Shlomi Aloya is responsible for leading the global customer support organization of Spectrum Dynamics Medical.
Shlomi has a vast service, operation and R&D experience of over 22 years in leading technical teams for capital equipment companies.
Shlomi holds BA Executives degree Business Administration and a M.A. Decision making & Negotiation
Gilad serves as Spectrum Dynamics Medical CEO since 2019.
Before assuming the role of CEO Gilad served as the company CFO and chief operations officer of the company
Before joining the company Gilad served as Chief Financial Officer at CoreFlow, and Senior Manager at Ernst & Young.
Gilad graduated the University of Haifa with a BA degree in Economics and has spent his career in roles of increasing responsibility giving him a great range of exposure and leadership in business planning, medical devices, entrepreneurship, venture capital, and biotechnology.
