The role
We are looking for a highly motivated and talented Assistant Controller to join our dynamic finance team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in driving financial excellence and ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial processes. Reporting directly to the Company Controller, this is a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a global, fast-paced environment.
What You’ll Do
- Global Oversight: Monitor and review financial activities across worldwide regions, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
- Financial Reporting: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, delivering actionable insights to management.
- Statutory Compliance: Manage and review statutory reports (including VAT, social security, and annual tax reports) with precision and efficiency.
- Forecasting & Budgeting: Collaborate on monthly forecasts and budget preparations, contributing to strategic decision-making.
- Consolidation & Analysis: Lead the preparation of consolidated financial statements and detailed financial analyses.
- ERP Management: Work with ERP systems to streamline and optimize finance operations.
- Team Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure adequate financial management across the organization.
What We’re Looking For
- CPA Qualified: With at least 3 years of experience in a leading Big 4 accounting firm.
- Accounting Expertise: Strong understanding of IFRS and experience in consolidation.
- Tax Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of Israeli tax regulations.
- Analytical Strength: Proven experience in financial analysis, consolidation, and budget planning.
- Tech Savvy: Advanced proficiency in Excel, familiarity with ERP systems (Finance module preferred).
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Global Perspective: Fluent English and the ability to operate in an international setting.
