Digital Marketing and Communications Manager Location: USA (East Zone)
Spectrum Dynamics Medical is engaged in the development, manufacturing, sale, and service of state-of the-art nuclear medicine imaging systems.
We are spearheading the transformation of the Single Photon Emission Computed Tomography imaging systems from analog to digital detection technology, enabling hospitals and clinicians to provide superior healthcare services at much lower cost.
Position Responsibilities
Spectrum Dynamics Medical (SDM) is an industry leader in innovative Nuclear Medicine and Dedicated Cardiology Imaging platforms in the Global markets. This position reports directly to the Executive VP, Global marketing at Spectrum Dynamics Medical. Responsible for expanding SDM’s digital marketing strategy and web presence, Webinars, developing and implementing new electronic marketing campaigns, creating innovative marketing approaches, and managing U.S. and Global Communities marketing communications, both external and internal.

You would be responsible for creating and implementing integrated marketing and communications strategies for external and internal audiences. This includes understanding the desired customer experience, developing engaging content for multiple channels, supporting community outreach and engagement, organizing customer/employee events, and managing employee communication activities.
Job Responsibilities
• Work collaboratively to strategically plan, develop and execute marketing campaigns to market SDM’s innovative platforms and services while reinforcing our brand attributes and differentiators.
• Develops and implements strategic digital marketing and communications plans to achieve objectives for SDM’s business objectives for driving sales and service.
• Develops and expands innovative, impactful digital marketing and social media presence for U.S.
and Global Communities with focus on increasing awareness and educating global communities on the innovative Digital SPECT/CT Imaging technologies offered by SDM.
• Research, develop, execute, manage, and measure the effectiveness of integrated marketing campaigns and communications to support business strategies for both internal and external audiences (including customers, industry partners, vendors, community stakeholders, industry associations, etc.).
• Responsible for overall development and maintenance of website including page updates, new page development, blogs, case studies and other resources.
• Work closely with SEO partner to ensure success of website and online advertising opportunities.
• Proficient in social media engagement via Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and other SM platforms.
• Create compelling, informative, and audience-centric marketing and communications materials including briefs, corporate profiles, key messages, executive speaking notes, customer presentations, brochures, videos, photo library, advertising copy, and digital and print content.
• Oversee managing of contractors (designers, writers, editors and other creatives) to assist in the creation of internal and external communications tools.
• Work closely with sales department to analyze target markets and product mix and identify subsequent marketing opportunities.
• Monitor market trends and research consumer markets and competitors’ activities to aid in the development of marketing campaigns and inspire the development of high-quality creative assets.
• Ensure all products, services and communication materials conform to brand identity.
• Manage internal communication programming and messaging.
• Plans and executes digital campaigns for Global market promotion and launching of new product lines and initiatives.
• Manages planning and implementation of webinars and other web-based training events to further promote SDM technologies globally.
• Analyze marketing performance, optimize ROI for all advertising channels and events.
• Undertakes continuous analysis of competitive environment, public procurement trends, and issues that may impact the company, and develops best practices for digital marketing program.

Experiences, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
• BA or BS in marketing, communication, public relations or relevant field, MBA preferred.
• 5 years of progressive, related experience in marketing and communications strategy and execution, ideally in a corporate setting.
• Exceptional project management skills, collaborative team player able to support multiple business , priorities and tight deadlines.
• Comfortable with responsibilities that will morph as the business grows including “other duties as assigned”.
• Strong customer-centric focus, with a proven ability to build and maintain effective relationships at all levels of an organization.
• Experience in planning and executing internal communications.
• Exceptional writing and storytelling skills (written and verbal).
• Experience overseeing the design and production of print materials, publications, digital marketing
materials and social media campaigns.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Experience with SEO, social media and metrics data analysis for optimization.
• Experience in Google Suite, Microsoft products and WordPress.
