Spectrum Dynamics Medical is engaged in the development, manufacturing, sale, and service of state-of-the-art nuclear medicine imaging systems.
We are spearheading the transformation of the Single Photon Emission Computed Tomography imaging systems from analog to digital detection technology, enabling hospitals and clinicians to provide superior healthcare services at a much lower cost.
Position Responsibilities
- Own the implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the company’s business applications, including ERP, CRM, and PLM systems.
- Develop a deep understanding of the company’s operational, financial, and sales processes and translate business needs into effective system solutions.
- Gather, analyse, and document business and user requirements.
- Identify opportunities for process optimization and automation.
- Prepare functional and technical design specs or system enhancements.
- Configure and maintain system settings, workflows, and business rules.
- Design and develop reports, queries and data extracts.
- Collaborate closely with developers, vendors, and business stakeholders throughout the implementation and testing lifecycle.
- Manage data migration, validation, and system integration activities as needed.
- Create user documentation, training materials, and best-practice guides.
- Deliver user training and provide ongoing support.
Experiences, Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- At least 3 years of experience as a Systems Analyst, Business Applications Analyst, or similar role involving ERP, CRM, or PLM systems.
- Bachelor’s degree in information systems, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field – an advantage.
- Experience working with data extraction, transformation and validation
- Knowledge of SQL and basic programming – an advantage.
- Strong English communication skills, (mainly written)
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently while effectively managing multiple priorities.
