Position Responsibilities
- Responsible for Sales support on all Spectrum NM products across EMEA.
- Responsible for providing sales tools & product trainings to all EMEA sales team.
- Responsible for providing sales tools (ppts, clinical cases) & Symposium preparation to all regional congresses.
- Work with Regional Director on Business dev & product positioning strategies according to regional needs and local competition activities.
- Work with Regional Director & global marketing on regional market analysis and new product introduction strategies for the region.
- Responsible for developing Sales tools according to regional clinical marketing strategies defined with Regional Director.
- Work with Regional Sales Manager/Associate Director on a regular basis to ensure success rate growth & up to date sales strategy.
- Develop and maintain mutually beneficial “Internal” relationships with relevant parties within the Organisation – Marketing, Sales, Customer Service etc.
- Responsible to maintain/develop EMEA reference sites for successful site visits.
- Work with Regional Director on EMEA Key opinion leaders relationships dev & follow-up.
- Work cross functionally with the marketing, service and operations teams.
- Involve in the product council team with the responsibility to provide detailed report about EMEA market needs/trend & also make sure that new features/functions/claims are consistent and compliant with today Regional clinical practices, market expectations and trend.
- Research, identify, evaluate and communicate findings and recommendations from the Region to Global Marketing and R&D regarding product improving and new solutions offering
- Summarize all Collected Market Intelligence on Competitor activities (Congresses, claims) inside the region for in depth EMEA market and customer analysis.
- Attend industry trade shows as assigned, responsible for All sales tools (PPTs, Clinical cases) by respect of global marketing claims & with alignment with regional rules/practices.
Experiences, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Knowledge and strong experience in molecular imaging capital equipment.
- Strong Sales support experience in an international company in the medical imaging.
- Pro-active, high performance and results oriented, capable of meeting commitments and targets.
- Willingness to travel and ability to ensure mobility within the assigned territory and internationally.
- Technical sales product presentation/customer site visit support to direct & indirect sales teams.
- Knowledge of government reimbursement methods, levels, and strategies for various procedure types.
- Preparing and presenting tender offers.
- Delivers engaging, informative, and well-organized customer presentations.
- Effective oral and written communication in English.
- Key opinion leader relationship capabilities.
- Strong communication skills and confidence in dealing with a diverse range of stakeholders
- Knowledge of NM procedures and applications.
- Solid experience/familiarity with computer programs (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
- Ability to multi-task and handle competing priorities.
