We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Technical Writer to own and scale our product documentation. This role is responsible for translating complex technical concepts into clear, user-friendly content that supports product adoption, reduces support overhead, and serves as a reliable source of truth across the organization. You will collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, customer success, and design teams to deliver high-quality documentation aligned with fast-paced product development cycles.
Position Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end documentation strategy, architecture, and lifecycle
- Create and maintain clear, concise documentation for both technical and non-technical audiences
- Develop:
- Product and feature documentation
- API and developer documentation
- User guides and help center content
- Release notes and change logs
- Establish and enforce documentation standards, templates, and style guides
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure accuracy and alignment with product releases
- Build and optimize documentation workflows and review processes
- Keep documentation current across frequent product updates
- Drive self-service enablement by improving content accessibility and usability
- Partner with enablement and training teams to align documentation with learning materials and LMS content
- Measure and improve documentation effectiveness using user feedback and analytics
Experiences, Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- 2+ years of experience in technical writing, preferably Experience in the medical device industry, with familiarity working in ISO and FDA-regulated environments.
- Strong ability to simplify complex technical concepts
- Experience working closely with: Product managers, Engineers, Customer success/support teams
- Proven experience building or scaling documentation systems and workflows
- Familiarity with developer documentation and APIs
- Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git/GitHub)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
